Expedition Notification

DofE expeditions must receive approval from the relevant District Lead Volunteer in line with the Nights Away Process, as well as being approved by the County DofE Advisors. Expedition Notification numbers will no longer be issued, but the form below needs to be completed to receive approval from the County DofE Advisors. Please remember to complete the Nights Away Notification process via your District Lead Volunteer as well.

The form below must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event if notification only and 8 weeks prior to the event if an assessor is needed. All routes and paperwork must be submitted to the Assessor (for qualifying expeditions) 2 weeks before the event.

Only 1 form is required per expedition, not 1 per team.
