Expedition Supervisor Training Course

When: Saturday 8th December - 9am to 5pm
Cost: Free for Kent Leaders - £15 for other leaders
The day will cover training and supervising young people for Chief Scout Platinim, Chief Scout Diamond and Queen's Scout Expeditions including DofE Expeditions and how this links with POR. It will cover what happens during an expedition event and how Kent Scouts facilitate success and enable our young people to achieve the requirements of the Expedition Section. This course is the certified by DofE.
Where: Lower Grange Farm, Maidstone
Self catering - tea/coffee supplied
Camping is available if people want it (please book direct with Lower Grange Farm)
You will need to complete the online modules shown (found at http://www.dofetraining.org/ ) and bring the print out of your certificates with you. Modules to complete are:
1) Online DofE e-induction course
2) Introduction to the Expedition Section e-learning module
